The space Welcome to the Rock House – Your Tranquil Yallingup Retreat Nestled on a spacious rural block, the Rock House is a charming rammed earth home with everything you need for a relaxed, unplugged getaway. With three comfortable bedrooms—each featuring a queen-sized bed—and two bathrooms (including a main bathroom with a large soaking tub and bath salts for the ultimate unwind), it’s the perfect setting for family or group stays. An extra toilet and a third shower in the laundry add convenience. The open-plan living and dining area features soaring ceilings and a generous dining table—ideal for shared meals, jigsaw puzzles, or late-night board games. Cook up a feast while still being part of the conversation thanks to the sociable layout. In winter, the roaring fireplace keeps things cosy, and in summer, air conditioning ensures a cool and comfortable stay. Kids will love the cubby house and trampoline set amongst the trees, while adults can relax on the wraparound veranda with a book—or a glass of local wine—soaking in the peaceful natural surroundings. With breathtaking sunsets and the chance to spot kangaroos passing by, every moment here feels magical. Guest access The Rock House is situated on a 2.5 acres block which is perfect for walking around or playing cricket or kicking the footy .Guests will drive into a triple car undercover carport. Please note Yallingup regularly has bush fire warnings and fire restrictions. Pease make yourself aware of these by visiting Other things to note There is a minimum of 4 nights per booking during mid season and all bookings during the summer school holidays have a minimum of 7 day stay. There are donnas and four pillows on each bed. Most importantly - there is a Nespresso coffee machine - so don't forget your coffee pods !! The pantry has an assortment of herbs, flour, sugar, salt and pepper. The "Rock House" collects Natural rainwater. Please be careful on how much water you use to preserve the water for the dry periods. There is a strict 10am check out so the cleaners can prepare the house for the next guests to arrive. Please be mindful that the cleaners are very busy at the moment. Also please note we do not take bookings to students during the school leavers. There must be a guest that is a minimum age of 25.
