Great house in Cap Dan Tibis condominium, one of the most beautiful and clean beaches on the north coast of São Paulo, with swimming pool, barbecue area, with 3 en-suites with air-conditioning. Excellent place to enjoy moments with family and friends. Easy access to the beach about 300 meters inside the condominium, excellent for quiet moments! Loud noise is totally forbidden, especially from loudspeakers. Our neighbors are permanent residents! The space The house is 110 volts with only 4 220 sockets available in the house, we do not have a voltage transformer! TV only works with open channels! Guests are responsible for the cost of water in gallon jugs, toilet paper, detergent, and garbage bags! Free street parking! We do not offer the convenience of beach items (tent, sun umbrella, beach chairs) Guest access There is free street parking in front of the house! Other things to note Please be aware of the rules of coexistence in condominiums, especially those that refer to noise and sound! We accept only 1 small pet! Pay attention to the rules about pets! Pets are prohibited on the beach, subject to a fine! Guests are responsible for the cost of maintaining the water supply, trash bags, detergent, and toilet paper! It is of utmost importance to obey the check-in and check-out times. In case of flexibility in check-in, schedule in advance according to availability!
