The space All the rooms of the house are in perfect proportion, with the living / dining room being the space to unite everyone in a comfortable and spacious environment next to a large terrace of about 20M2 (200 Sq. Feet) that is perfect for enjoying meals (including the use of the gas BBQ) or have a drink while contemplating the surrounding area that transmits a feeling of total relaxation. And when the time comes to go to the beach, there is nothing better than knowing that in a few steps from the house you can enjoy the best beaches in Sitges, without logistical concerns of where to park, etc., as everything is close at hand! The distribution of the flat offers one room with a queen size bed and direct access to the terrace offering beautiful garden views from the room.
