This listing refers to bedroom 2, and bedroom 1 is occupied by the hostess of the house. Guest access Located in the heart of Perdizes (Vila Madalena, Sumaré and Pompeia), the region is safe and wooded. The apartment is comfortable, spacious and complete (essential appliances, 250 megas internet, dining table, etc.), as well as offering an artistic and cultural environment. During your stay The guest will have the company of the hostess of the apartment, within a pleasant and respectful dynamic, always valuing the privacy of the parties.
