There is a huge loft upstairs with a remote work station complete with second monitor. (internet is plenty fast for working, streaming and video calls) The loft also offers breathtaking views to both the front and back of the cabin. The Main floor is where it is at, two story great room with huge A Frame window wall overlooking Park City below, this view never gets old. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining. The lower level of the home has a Queen Bedroom and a Bunk Room with two bunk beds (4 total twin beds). Along with an area to dry boots / gear / and store skis in the garage. Wrap around deck offers amazing 270 degree views of the Wastach Mountains. Exceptionally visible during the winter months and breathtaking all year long. Be in touch with nature at this home, nestled in an aspen grove you will see Elk, Moose, Turkey, Deer, even a porcupine during summer months! Guest access You will need a rental car or drive yourself to this beautiful home. During the winter months you will need AWD or 4x4 with winter rated tires. There is easy parking for 3 cars in the driveway. Also room for a small trailer if you plan to bring your own toys. Other things to note If you are looking for a true mountain retreat, surrounded by aspens, nature, and loads of snow in the winter this is your place. If you enjoy outdoor activities this is the perfect home base. WINTER CONDITIONS: Winter road conditions bring on a new meaning when driving to the top of tollgate. Must have 4x4 or AWD and Winter Rated Tires to book this rental from Oct 15th to April 30th or whenever a chance of snow is coming. Winter Driving Experience is a must. The roads are plowed daily, but a lot of snow can pile up quickly between plows.
