Bright and sunny garden studio

This north-facing studio is perfectly located. Just a 3-minute walk to Manly Beach, 6 minutes to Fairy Bower, and 10 minutes to Shelly Beach and Cabbage Tree Bay Marine Sanctuary. The Manly Wharf is only 8 minutes away, with a 20-minute ferry ride to Circular Quay. Enjoy your own private entrance and garden area. Cafes, restaurants, the Corso, and all that Manly has to offer are just a short stroll along the beachfront. The space Bright and sunny studio on the lower level of our home, featuring French doors that open onto a peaceful private garden—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The space boasts high ceilings, timber floorboards, and plenty of natural light. Inside, you’ll find a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet, plus an additional heated outdoor shower for a beach rinse-off. While the studio doesn’t have a full kitchen, it includes all the essentials: a microwave, toaster, kettle, tea-making facilities, and a mini fridge for your convenience. ‼️ PLEASE NOTE: This studio is located on the bottom floor of our house, where we also live. While this is a quiet area and we are considerate hosts, there may be some occasional noise transfer between levels (footsteps, talking etc.). We always do our best to be as quiet and respectful as possible. Guest access Access to the studio is via the driveway and through the garden gate. While parking this close to the beach can be tricky, a car isn’t necessary—everything in Manly is within easy walking distance. Our street offers 2 hours of free parking, and longer-term options are available nearby. Please note: there are three steps from the garden to the entrance, and two small internal steps leading to the bathroom. Guests have full access to our lower level private studio and their own garden area to relax and unwind. Other things to note I’m easygoing and have travelled all my life, so I love helping visitors make the most of their time in Manly. I’m always happy to offer local tips and recommendations. All I ask is no smoking and no parties, please. If you need a place to store your surfboards, that’s no problem at all—and you’re welcome to borrow our snorkelling gear too! While this is a peaceful area and we’re quiet people, please note that the studio is located on the bottom floor of our home, so some noise transfer between levels is possible.
