Townhouse near train station/24 Hours of Le Mans circuit

Detached house on 1000 m2 of quiet land, 5 minutes by transport or car from Le Mans train station and 15 minutes by car from the 24-hour circuit (also accessible by transport but it takes 30/35 minutes). You can enjoy the outdoors with hammock, barbecue, garden furniture available from June to September. Small touches will be offered to you so you don't care about your 1st breakfast. ☺️Very good bakery 3 min walk(sandwich,pizza, pastries...) The space This house is our main home,we are located in a cul-de-sac, quiet environment, unauthorized evenings Guest access you will have access to all rooms except the attic and cellar Other things to note possibility of accommodating up to 8 people, the living room sofa unfolds and is equipped with a real mattress (extra cost €25 per person from the 7th person), minimum booking of 2 nights except during 24h car min 3 nights.
