Scarborough Beach Getaway

You will have your own private room and all other spaces will be shared with me and my partner. Property is situated 5 minutes walking from the beautiful and vibrant Scarborough beach. Bars, restaurants, gym, Coles and public infrastructure with BBQs, picnic area, skate park, playground and swimming pool. Bus stop (to CDB) half block away. The unit is located in a quiet complex, with plenty of green space and parking. The space Simple, organised and clean. You will find most appliances including kitchenware (you're welcome for cooking), coffee machine, fridge, TV and laundry facilities (no dryer but there's an external area). Not suitable for couples or extra guests. Guest access Guests will have access to a shared bathroom including laundry, kitchen, dining and living room. There's also an external area with bbq and some space for sunbathing, access to a large shared backyard (including clothesline) and a private storage shed. During your stay I'm an easy going guy, quiet, tidy and respectful. I keep my home very organised and clean. Love outdoor activities (specially sports). I am also keen for a drink and a barbie with my guests and social interaction. Also, available to show you the region (unless I am busy at work) or help you with any question you might have.
