Relax in a PRIVATE, cozy room with a comfortable queen-sized bed, 4K smart TV and writing desk. Our location is conveniently minutes away from Antelope Valley College, hospitals, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and more. The space Experience the comfort and privacy of this room that is located on the second floor of the house, with the bathroom conveniently located right across the doorway. The room is furnished with a queen-size bed, 4K smart TV with streaming apps (Netflix & Hulu), as well as a desk/lamp/computer chair perfect for studying or working from home. House is equipped with 1Gbps WiFi over the latest WiFi 6 technology. ***The bathroom is only shared when another Airbnb guest is occupying the other room. *** Guest access Guests have full access to common/shared areas of the house, kitchen, living room, pool, laundry and more. *Please note: Pool and spa are provided as unheated amenities. If guest desires to use the pool or spa as a heated amenity, guest has the option to pay a fee of $150 per use for the pool, or $75 per use for the spa.* During your stay In addition to my husband, 5-year old, 1 year old baby, and I living here, we have two friendly, smaller dogs that love to cuddle and interact with guests. Other things to note Long-term guests are welcome! (Discounts available for length of stays of 1 month or more) You'll have use of the kitchen, and there will be space for you in the refrigerator for perishables and space in the kitchen cabinet for any dry/canned food storage. You will also have shelf space in the bathroom for your personal bathroom products and toiletries. * Bathroom is ONLY shared when there is another Airbnb guest using the other room that is down the hall, with no more than one other person other than yourself sharing that restroom. ****Please note we will need access to the room for air filters and pest control.
