It’s nestled in a lush garden against a backdrop of Table Mountain and Lion's Head with panoramic sea views of the Atlantic Ocean and amazing sunsets. The 6 spacious double bedrooms (three on each level) all enjoy air-conditioning; great views of the ocean or the lush garden; multi-room audio; and desks and high-speed fibre WiFi should you need a home-office. Modern bathrooms come with all amenities and heated towel-rails. In the winter months, snuggle in front of a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, or gather around an outdoor firepit to toast marshmallows and tell stories. Enjoy the comfort of underfloor heating or the cozy Finnish sauna. The more athletic could head to the private fully kitted gym for a workout or yoga session with a personal trainer, then ease those tired muscles in the sauna, enjoy the sundeck or cool off lapping a magnificent heated swimming pool. Enjoy large family meals around 12 seater tables in the dining room, on the balcony or al fresco style on the patio. Need time out? Then the choice is all yours. Snuggle up in a cosy armchair in the library with panoramic views of the ocean and the Twelve Apostles or relax on the sundeck in the hanging chairs while family champions go head to head in a game of pool or darts in the games room on the lower level or play ping-pong in the garden. Other things to note This villa has a strict 'no parties' policy and no unneighbourly noise after 10pm. Note that although children of all ages are allowed, there is an open swimming pool and a staircase. The swimming pool has a heat pump to warm the water, which is switched on from September to April (i.e. the pool will not be heated during the winter months). Typically the water will reach a maximum of 24 degrees centigrade.
