This home is monitored by a surveillance unit. The space The cooking, sitting and dining area downstairs , as well as kitchen utensils is OUT OF BOUNDS to guest. Please comply with this house rule. I may or may not be home to greet you when you arrive, but i want you to feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I’ll be forced to cancel your reservation on the spot. I am quiet and peaceful, Please keep the noise down. No loud music, stomping or noise (We typically have guests in the room next to you , who also have to stay quiet, so everybody can enjoy their stay)
