The garden is a south-facing sun trap w/ an outside shower & modern furniture + a 5-seater hot tub. Please read "Other details to note" below on hot tub availability. The space Our home has a boho-esque / beach-hut feel to its living and bedroom spaces without compromise on quality. We've styled this property out to a high standard with premium mattresses (e.g. Simba) and high-end TV (LG Oled 58" in the lounge). Furthermore, you'll find quality kitchen and cookware for our induction hob and multi-oven (one-up-one-down) by Neff. We've taken pride in how we've furnished our home throughout. Guest access You'll have full access to the entire semi-detached property. Other things to note Please note: during the winter months of October 1st to April 1st the hot tub is optional at an additional cost of £75. Outside of this period, the hot tub is included in the price. The hot tub is not available for 2-night stays due to the length of time to reach optimal temperature. This is due to health and safety standards. The hot tub is professionally cleaned and drained for each new guest. The hot tub reaches bathing temperature in approx. ~24 hours. This means the hot tub will be usable the day after you arrive. Please also note that pets are not permitted. There's an EV charger (MyEnergi Zappi) installed onto our private driveway. It's a pay-as-you-go service via the Monta app. Instructions will be provided before you arrive.
