Cozy Private Room (Room #2)

Hello and thank you for checking out my home. This listing is for a private guest room for up to 2 people (and 1 housebroken fur baby). Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, there is little to no noise pollution which is ideal for anyone working nights. My home is a great option for anyone that is looking for a long-term lodging for school or work. Short-Term Rental Permit Number: 045132 The space Included in the room is a queen-size bed, closet, dresser, smart TV, desk and desk chair, mini fridge, nightstand, and alarm clock. Towels and bedding are available in the closet. If in need of toiletries and feminine products until your next grocery run, look in the hallway closet. This is a room rental so you'll be sharing the bathroom as well as the common spaces. My kitchen has a well-equipped dishwasher, full-sized fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, crockpot, instant pot, rice cooker, and blender. The living room has a 75-inch Smart TV. I do have a small backyard but it's still a good space for a dog. House cleaners come by monthly. My place is 30 minutes from the Texas Medical Center and Downtown Houston, which is easily accessible via Hwy 288. There are also two tolls close by 288 toll and Sam Houston Tollway. 20 minutes from Hobby Airport. If staying long-term, I'd recommend getting an EZ Tag or TXTollTag. Guest access The entire house is accessible EXCEPT for the master bedroom and other guest room. Remember that this listing is only for the ROOM, not the ENTIRE HOUSE. Bathroom is shared between guests. If another guest is occupying the other room, please be mindful and respectful of their belongings and food. During your stay I travel for work for a few months at a time, but I do stop by periodically to check on the house or I stay home for a few weeks in between my contracts.
