Located in a quiet oceanfront residential estate at Hallidays Point, north of Forster, this modern, private, self-contained apartment for singles or couples offers a comfortable living and dining space; complimentary high-speed WiFi; well-equipped galley kitchen and laundry; separate bedroom with a queen bed and a wonderful beach view; stylish en suite bathroom; secure garage parking & private entrance. Minimum stay: Two nights. The space Opened in April 2022, our stylish and contemporary apartment has everything you need for a relaxed weekend away or longer stay. The open-plan living and dining space features a comfortable sofa and wide-screen TV, DVD and Blu-ray player and access to streaming channels; two USB ports; a dining table for two; reverse-cycle AC and cooling and secure complimentary high-speed WiFi. The well-equipped galley kitchen has a two-burner induction cook top; tea, coffee and toaster appliances; fridge/freezer, sink and dishwasher; washing machine and dryer, plus kitchen and dining utensils, crockery and glassware. A separate bedroom features a queen-size bed with Sheridan sheets, an ample built-in wardrobe, free-to-air TV and panoramic beach, ocean and coastal views. The sleek and stylish bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity as well as underfloor heating for the cooler months. PLEASE NOTE: We operate a no smoking or vaping policy in the apartment, garage, garden and anywhere on our property. Any smoking or vaping will incur a $300 cleaning fee. Thank you for your cooperation! Guest access With easy keypad and garage remote access, guests can come and go as they please. Access to the apartment is via a secure single-car garage and private internal staircase with an apartment door lock for additional security. The apartment is attached to our primary residence and we are always here to offer assistance at any time via Airbnb messaging.
