Description
Located on a hill overlooking Wollongong CBD & Train Station. The house is in a quiet tree lined street. While away your time relaxing on the verandah listening to the birds in the bottle brush. The home has an open-plan living with roof windows to add to the warm feel. French doors open onto the front verandah where you can enjoy breakfast. The home is shared with your hosts Rod & Cath. Bicycle storage is available. The space Your room has a queen bed, built in wardrobe, desk and your private en-suite. The window looks out onto the side garden. Guest access Parking is out the front of the house. Access to Wollongong is a 15 minute walk, 5 minute walk to train station and 30 minute walk to beach. During your stay This area is a guest room & ensuite in our house. Some rooms will be off limits to guests. As a guest you have access to the kitchen, living area, verandah and laundry. The backyard is where the clothesline is. There is a common entry from the verandah into the living space. Interaction with us will be necessary as we live in the premises. Other things to note Bicycles we can be lock away securely. We also have bicycles for use while you stay. You will need to bring your own helmet. Registration Details PID-STRA-2062
