BANS Plantation (A Perfect Home away from Home)

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay amid a 14 acre coffee and pepper plantation. Set in a serene valley surrounded by lush green estate with a winding approach road,a typical hill station travel . The space There are two bed rooms, living room, Dinning area .Two occupants per room with the cost of ₹4000 per night, which is for two guests in one room including breakfast. In case of 4 guests they have to book additional room for ₹4000 the extra person in that room will be charged ₹2000 with breakfast. The Home stay is pet friendly. The Pets are charged ₹350 per night per pet and food charges are extra for the pets as per actuals Please note food from outside catering or hotel is not allowed except snacks like biscuits, chips, Kurkure etc Guest access The plantation consists of 14 acres with scenic beauty in the midst of coffee, pepper, cardamom and Arecanut plants, Guests can go for morning walk in the plantation We have two guard Dogs in the plantation Other things to note In addition to the complimentary breakfast, We also provide Home cooked food for lunch /Dinner are provided at 350/- each(Veg). Non-veg will be served as required by the guest. Children between 6- 10 yrs would be charged 225/- per meal ( Veg/ Non Veg) Other dishes (Mutton/Fish) could be provided as per availability. However we request the guest to confirm the requirements along with the Veg and Non Veg members at the time of stay confirmation.... Supplies are made either from Madekeri or Bangalore. Kindly do specify the number of Veg/Non Veg. Spice standards, Allergies etc amid the group, so that we could cater to the respective beliefs/need. We provide complementary bon fire only for one night more than one night it’s chargeable We request the guests to inform us well in advance their choice of food veg or non veg while booking their stay as to serve you all better.. if the booking are for more than two nights.. guests are required to inform us in advance. We have beekeeping of our own in the plantation, pure honey is available at cost We have home made wine, cardamom, pepper and coffee powder at costs.
