Master bedroom upstairs with very comfortable kingsize bed. Bedside radio. Second bedroom is downstairs with French windows again directly leading onto decking. This has a comfortable double sofabed with additional memory foam mattress topper. Plentiful reading material, games and DVDs available. Generous wardrobe space throughout. Beds will be made up on arrival and a set of towels provided for each guest. If staying over a week clean spare linen will be provided. Tea towels, washing up liquid, kitchen towel etc provided. Guest access Second bedroom is downstairs and has a comfortable double sofa bed with memory foam topper. Please note, bathroom is upstairs. Entire property will be occupied only by your party. However, one upstairs bedroom will not be accessible to you. Other things to note Strict NO SMOKING home. Please respect this. **PETS: SMALL TO MEDIUM SIZED WELL BEHAVED DOG ALLOWED BY PRE-APPROVAL ONLY and ADDITIONAL MINIMUM £30 PET CLEANING FEE PER WEEK (also applies to shorter stays, not prorata), payable in advance. Weekly fee negotiable for extended stays. *Pet Fee (non refundable cleaning/damage) must be paid prior to check-in or your dog will not be allowed on the property. *Your dog should be friendly and house trained.
