The primary guest will also need to provide a valid government-issued photo ID before arrival. The rental agreement link will be sent to you immediately after your booking and can be conveniently signed online. Photo ID can be conveniently uploaded using your phone or any other device. Security Deposit Hold: A temporary, fully refundable hold will be placed on your card through our property management system, OwnerRez, two days before check-in. This is not a charge—just a precaution for incidental damages—and will be automatically released five days after your departure. Please be advised that failure to complete these steps at least 24 hours before your arrival may result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
