Located on the historic waterfront district of beautiful Gig Harbor, this home is walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and shops. Right out the front gate, you will be on a walking loop that locals enjoy on a daily basis. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. You will enjoy your own kitchen, living room, dining area, fitness equipment, laundry room, covered patio and a shared hot tub. With permission, there are kayaks, stand up paddle boards, and canoes for use on the dock. The space Walk through the gate with the welcome sign and down the stairs to your waterfront retreat. In the foyer is a guest book and welcome information. Wi-Fi password is also posted here. Master bedroom includes a split king adjustable bed, TV, side tables with USB and charger ports, bedside dimmable touch lamps and a dresser. There is a full bath attached to the master bedroom. Second bedroom includes queen adjustable bed, TV, side tables with USB and charger ports, desk and chair, dresser and bedside dimmable touch lamps. There is an adjacent 3/4 bathroom. Pack n play located in closet. Kitchen includes a refrigerator with water and icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, stocked coffee and tea bar, tea kettle, stovetop, oven, toaster oven, toaster, waffle maker, blender, rice cooker and more. Pots, pans, baking sheets, spices and oils included. Dining table for 6, looking out at the waterfront. Hang out in the living room warming by the fireplace. Cozy blankets are tucked under the coffee table. Another TV is above the fireplace. A multitude of family games are in the cabinets, and fun books are on the shelves. Workout with a waterfront view or watch TV on the elliptical, use the TRX or lift weights. Laundry room with utility sink, washer and dryer- detergent and softener included. Various cleaning supplies under sink. Ironing board, iron store, high chair, baby gate and drying rack stored here. Sip tea or drink coffee on your covered patio, watch the tides come in and out. Feel free to throw some dinner on the Weber charcoal or propane BBQ grills or warm up by the fire pit with a glass of wine. Enjoy the water view from the shared hot tub or walk down the steps to the beach. Kayaks, canoe, stand up paddle boards and life jackets available- use requires permission from the host. Lounge around on the grassy turf and watch bald eagles fly by or wave at the seals! Walk to wonderful restaurants, bars and shops in the historic waterfront district of Gig Harbor!
