FOR 1-2 GUESTS. One bedroom, one bathroom and a den. Choose which bedroom works best for you; a queen bed or two twin beds, and then the other bedroom is closed up & off limits. Relax in the den with 50" Roku streaming TV, high-speed internet, mini fridge, coffee bar, plus full bathroom off central hall. Upper and lower levels are separated by secured doors for complete privacy. Your own thermostat for comfort. Close to airport, downtown, YMCA, coffee shop, beer/wine The space Located in a charming historic neighborhood with sidewalks and mature trees. Close to downtown's restaurants, galleries and breweries. Easy 10 minute walk to YMCA, Wallace Park, coffee shop, and gas station convenience store with wine and beer. Guest access I live downstairs, but you will have the entire upper floor to yourself. Let yourself in the front door with keyless entry and walk upstairs to your private space. Locking doors between upstairs and downstairs provide privacy. Lower hallway area has room to store bikes or strollers. During your stay I am typically available via text or direct messaging to help you troubleshoot any problems. Other things to note Choose your preferred bedroom and the second bedroom will be considered off limits. You will NOT be sharing the upstairs with strangers...only the people in your personal traveling party. I have a dog downstairs with me, and she may bark occasionally.
