On the ground floor there is the living room with 2 sofas that become beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a WC. The space has an inverter air conditioner as well as an energy fireplace that emits heat. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and the bathroom. And on the top floor there is an inverter air conditioner. On the front of the house there is an elevated terrace with a dining area while on the sides there is a courtyard/green area. The house is located in a residential complex with a common entrance.
