Welcome! We hope you enjoy our clean and comfortable private basement apartment. We are near the canyons where you can hike, bike, ski and explore! This is a great place for vacations, stay-cations or work trips! Great family-friendly, well-lit, safe neighborhood. There are great restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues within two or three miles. Please note that our place is an allergy free zone so pets are NOT allowed. Also note that the queen bed and sofa sleeper are in the same room. The space Clean newly remodeled basement STUDIO apartment with a full kitchen, bath and bedroom/family room with Smart TV, queen bed and queen sized sofa sleeper. The shower is small, but hey, it makes you feel like you are on a cruise! The kitchen has full size fridge and stove and is fully stocked with basic cookware so you can make your own meals at home if you choose. Kuerig coffee maker, tea and hot cocoa are available. There is a workspace desk available. Wifi and smart TV. Guest access You will have access to the entire basement apartment. Keycode for door will be sent the day before you arrive. Other things to note Please park on the east (left) side of the driveway in front of the walnut tree and double gate. We follow a strict cleaning and disinfecting practice for your safety. If you are traveling with others, and need a second AirBnB, we have family members with a nice BnB the next street over and are happy to give you their contact information.
