Beautifully built, spacious home, with in ground pool, a gorgeous pond view, and HOA Amenities (Gym, Jacuzzi, Community Pool), ideal for long stays. Located near Old Town, within 15-27 minutes from all major theme parks, near 3 major hospitals, and 7 minutes away from municipal airport/airfield. This home is a private home with host and co-host living on-site, full time. ***Home jacuzzi is off limits to guests ***Resort Jacuzzi is available to guests ***Home pool available to guest for free The space Room contains 2 twin sized bed, Samsung Smart TV, closet, workspace and shared bathroom. Smart TV has Spectrum cable television and all major apps like Netflix, Disney+, etc. One nightstand allows for multiple 110v electrical outputs for devices (6 per nightstand). Guest access Guest has access to kitchen, living room, back patio, house pool, and HOA facilities/Amenities (resort pool and gym). Washer and dryer available for $5 a load. Use of private home pool is available (No heated option). No private home Jacuzzi use. Resort Jacuzzi is available to guests. Other things to note Requirements for Booking This Listing: 1) Potential guest is to have multiple 5-star reviews, with no negative reviews. 2) Potential guest is to have 3 forms of Identification on their profiles (driver's license/passport, email, phone number.) 3) No newly created profiles or profiles with 0 reviews. 4) Long-term stay (more than 28 day) will need to place 30 days at a time. For example, a 90-day reservation request will need to place three 30 day stay reservations. Any requestor that fails to meet those requirements or has a newly created profile with no reviews, will not be accepted and they will be asked to withdraw/cancel their reservation request. Additionally, due to limited parking spaces, the requestors request may not be accepted. This determination is based on the number of current guests, in the home. Noise Curfew (no loud television or music) weekdays 10PM and weekends 11PM. ***All Cameras in the perimeter of the home and inside the home's common areas, will be recording (video/sound) at all times. *** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This home is equipped with a Leveluk K8 (Kangen 8), which is Enagic's most powerful antioxidant machine. Please take this into consideration before booking. This is a vacation style resort/community. With that being said, there may be periods of time where neighbors or other properties will have unruly guests partying past the 11P.M. curfew. Other homeowners and I will do our best to mitigate this by contacting security or reporting a noise complaint to the sheriff's department. The above issues mentioned are extenuating circumstances outside of my control. These notes are meant for full transparency for potential guests.
