Welcome to our little slice of Oceanside, CA. Our Condo Cottage (1BR, 1BA) is located in a BEACHFRONT complex in the beach town of Oceanside. Enjoy a view of the harbor side beach right from your bedroom window! Hit the beach, stroll the strand, walk the pier or swing by the harbor! You have so many restaurants to enjoy all within walking distance! Please Note: Every April- End of May the city starts dredging the harbor. Please see “other details” to get more information. The space I provide EVERYTHING you going to need to enjoy your time at the beach! Beach towels (4), beach chairs (4), umbrella, (2)boogie boards, sand toys, and a cooler. For families with young children, I have pack n play for you to use! Just bring your own sheets! SLEEPS 4 Bring your significant other, your family, or a couple of friends. This condo is one-bedroom with a king-size bed and a queen-sized futon couch in the living area that can sleep 2 more guests a total of 4 people. There’s a fully stocked kitchen (all the cooking tools you will need) including a Keurig. We upgraded the space with two (49in) Smart TVs (so you can sign in to your Netflix account). Lots of natural light all throughout the space. You will also be free to use our parking spot! This unit is located on the second floor and does have 1 flight of stairs leading into the condo. * The building does not have Air Conditioning! We have fans and a window A/C unit you can use if needed.* **This is a second floor unit! No elevator access!** Guest access COUNTLESS AMENITIES North Coast Village also has amazing amenities: large heated swimming pool, a hot tub, a fitness center, putting green, a sauna, pool tables, outdoor kitchen (several stainless steel grills just waiting for you to use). You will never be bored here! North Coast Village is surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping. Follow the paths along the way you will find pristine streams, waterfalls, fountains, and colorful koi pond with fish food dispenser for the kids to feed the fish! Keep a look out for the wild bunnies! Other things to note The complex cannot accommodate trailers. Parking Garage maximum Height is 6’6. Complex has no extra storage for bikes or kayaks. There is a pay lot across from the complex. You can pay for overnight parking. If you have a extra car. Please note: This is a train city!! You will hear trains !! If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs!! Please note: In this complex the condo's do not have A/C as it does not get very hot here often. I have fans and I have a portable A/C unit that can be used if it is one of those hot days. *We provide only 2-3 rolls of toilet paper and 2 rolls of paper towels for a 6-7 days stay. Please note: the annual harbor dredge starts in April in Oceanside, California to replenish our stunning beaches with sand. The Sand Replenishment project starts usually the first week in April and will last 6-8 weeks. While we understand that this may be an inconvenience, we want to remind visitors that this project is outside of our control and is essential for the health and safety of our harbor and beaches.
