Rehm's little corner🇧🇷

Our little corner is designed for those who come alone or with a family of up to 4 people. We have a 24-hour concierge and surveillance, a clean and equipped apartment for the convenience of guests. We are 5 minutes from the airport and supermarkets, 10 minutes from shopping malls and the city center, and just 15 minutes (by car) from Iracema Beach Fans: we are a 10-minute walk from the Castelão stadium. The space Our space is cozy, familiar, clean, equipped and organized. In Fortaleza, it is summer all year round, so we have several leisure options that are easily accessible for all ages and tastes. We do NOT have elevators. Access is by stairs, there are 2 flights with 36 steps in all. ONLY the double bedroom has air-conditioning. Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire apartment by following the house rules. Other things to note COMMON AREAS SUCH AS THE SWIMMING POOL, DECK, SOCIAL HALL AND PLAYGROUND ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO GUESTS. UNFORTUNATELY, THESE ARE THE RULES OF THE CONDOMINIUM'S INTERNAL REGULATIONS, THESE ARE DECISIONS ABOVE US AS OWNERS.
