Our home has been extensively renovated with alarm system, new air-conditioning system and new kitchen appliances. There is a pantry/laundry shed off the kitchen with new W/D with sanitize setting and extra fridge. This house is perfect for 2 couples, families with children, faculty, or finance and tech consultants. Primary bedroom has new, high quality king mattress, sliding door to beautiful patio and garden and en-suite bathroom with ADA shower. Guest bedroom has new Queen mattress and en-suite bathroom and is at the opposite end of the house. Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled. The primary bathroom has a walk in shower with artistic lighted granite and the guest bathroom has a shower over tub. High end, queen American leather sleeper sofa in living room can accommodate 2 more people. New washer and dryer and small extra fridge in shed outside the kitchen door on the patio. Any pets at the home without prior permission will be subject to an additional fee and you will lose our trust and the transparency Airbnb is based on. Fortunately, our guests so far have been forthright and communicative with their requests about bringing their canines and kitties. Please supervise them carefully, including not leaving them home unattended unless they are bedded in their cozy cage. Very convenient to local markets, Costco, Safeway, and many restaurants, wine bars, breweries, and bike trails. For longer stays our reliable housekeeper is available for an additional fee. Please note that PGE occasionally shuts off power briefly. We cannot control this if they do unfortunately. Many good Mexican and International eateries within 5 blocks, local vegetable/fruit market, and best Pho in Peninsula 3 blocks away. Gas, groceries, fantastic Yoga studio, indoor soccer, neighborhood gym, brewery, music and parks within 10 minute walk. The house has several guitars for guests who are musically inclined.
