Autumn is simply spectacular in all its vibrant color! Winter is cold and crisp, with light, glistening snowfall - great for a cozy fireplace. You'll have your own private entrance where you can enjoy the table and chairs on deck for your morning coffee or a glass of wine by the firepit. Enjoy grilling out on deck with the new gas BBQ grill. Living room: Step inside to a spacious living room and comfy sofa, with a gas fireplace. Within the same space, a kitchen table and chairs sits adjacent to the kitchen. A large screen Smart TV for your viewing pleasure with streaming from various sources including Netflix, RoKu, Tubi, & YouTube. And of course Wifi! The Kitchen which is called a kitchenette, is as fully equipped as you will need to cook a meal easily. Enjoy use of the electric tea kettle, coffee pot, microwave, & 2 burner electric cooktop. Also, the new air-fryer toaster oven and a full size frig. Or use the crockpot to come back to a ready-made meal after a long day of hiking. *We offer complimentary start up items such as coffee filters, sweeteners, dish soap, aluminum foil, saran wrap, paper towels, salt and pepper, some seasonings and olive oil. The large bedroom suite offers a plush queen bed with premium sheets and its own private entrance overlooking the mountains and covered deck. Equipped with two large dressers for ample storage space. Enjoy the large bathroom with full tub. Luxury towels are provided and vanity seating for getting ready. An iron and hairdryer are also provided as well as complimentary body wash & shampoo. 2 beach towels are also provided for your use. *Note: for stays longer then 7 days we do laundry service for sheets & towels. **For Personal laundry, we supply laundry detergent for the nearby local laundry mat. Guest access The property is located within a quiet neighborhood. A paved road and easy incline, takes you to our spot tucked away on a cul-de-sac. No need for a truck or 4WD as with some places. *Please pull all the way in the driveway, & not in front of the garage or cul-de-sac. Thanks! Other things to note *Enhanced Cleaning has been thoroughly applied throughout the cabin. All surfaces are washed and disinfected after every guest stay. *Important to note -check-in is 3-8pm. We do not accept late check-in past 8:30pm. *This vacation cabin rental is the entire ground floor that is below the main floor. It has a private entrance and a full deck. The upper level is inaccessible and may be occupied by the homeowner who will leave you to your own unless you should need something. Groceries & Gas: Ingles, Blairsville is 5 miles -West on Hwy 76.
