Captain's Room at the Philip Taber House

1700s colonial home located 2 miles from Harkness State Park and 2.5 miles from Waterford Beach. The home sits on the edge of Great Neck Country Club. Other nearby attractions include Mystic Center, Mystic Aquarium, Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods Casinos, and the Groton Submarine Base and Museum. The space Private suite with bathroom, sitting room with television, and a cozy bedroom with queen sized bed. Guest access Guests have access to the kitchen, as well as their own suite, conveniently located up a private staircase right off of the kitchen. During your stay We are on the premises, and are available if you have any questions or concerns. Otherwise we will give you privacy for a peaceful, quiet stay. Other things to note We have bikes and walk-in beach tags if you would like to bike to the local beach! It is approximately one mile's distance from the house!
