There are 2 King beds (Master suite totally renovated with beautiful new Flamingo theme), 1 Queen bed, a futon that converts into a full-size bed if needed. The perfect stay! The space Property was built in 2019. Painted in cool gray and decorated in beach decor. It is a long, narrow home with living and dining area towards the front and bedrooms and bathrooms down the hallway. Each have walk in closets and Tvs. Living room has dining room table for 6, countertop eating for 3 and comfy couch and chair. Large, smart tv screen is adjustable and can be seen in any of these areas. The master suite, which has its own bathroom, has just been updated with a King bed and a tropical flamingo decor. It has door that leads to a beautiful outside patio. This back patio has lots of comfortable seating as well as a dining table, string lighting and gas grill. The front porch also has many fruit trees and some chairs to relax in after a day of exploring. The home is situated on a corner so there is plenty of parking up front and more so on the side. Lake Worth Beach is a very laid -back downtown area with restaurants, bars, entertainment and shops. The beaches are fantastic, and many events take place in the downtown/beach area, from art shows to bonfires on the beach with bands throughout the year. This home is less than a mile from Lake Worth Municipal Public Golf Course by the intracoastal waterways, Downtown Lake Worth Beach, and 2 miles from the beaches. Approximately 4 miles to Palm Beach Zoo, 6 miles to Palm Beach Airport. and a 45-minute drive to Fort Lauderdale airport. Delray Beach with its great downtown area is 15 minutes away on the south and Downtown West Palm Beach is 7 miles to the north. You can't beat the location if you are trying to see as much as possible in South Florida while enjoying your stay! Guest access A car is recommended when staying here or using a ride app such as UBER or LYFT. They are easy and readily available at any time. Street parking is easy and very close to entrances of property (a few steps away) from any entrance to the property. There are 3 entryways. There is also nearby train stations great to hop on one day for exploring anywhere from as far south as Miami to west Palm Beach. Great day trip!
