Welcome to our cozy two-bedroom home, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood yet conveniently close to all the best local attractions! Enjoy easy access to the Royal Gorge Bridge, scenic train rides, whitewater rafting, and more. We’re just minutes from the Arkansas River Walk, Centennial Park (featuring a fun splash pad), and the vibrant downtown area with fantastic restaurants and shopping. Centrally located, our home provides quick access to outdoor adventures,. The space This home is located in a well established and desired area. This home has modern updates, with a large beautiful kitchen and central air conditioning. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and inviting from the moment you walk through the door, with engineered hardwoods throughout. We are located just minutes from downtown Canon City, the beautiful Arkansas River walk, Royal Gorge train, Prison Museum, Royal Gorge Bridge, etc. Florence, Colorado is also just a short 10 min drive away (antique capital of CO). Come stay and RELAX in our home. It's all yours during your stay! Please note that we have allowed dogs to stay in this home in the past and as much as we attempt to thoroughly clean after each guest/pet there may be stray hair that isn't found by our cleaning crew. Guest access Check-in instructions will be sent closer to your reservation. You will have full access to the home and yard. There is a propane BBQ grill in the back yard for your grilling needs. We ask that you do not use or go into the garage during your stay as that is our personal space. Other things to note The guest manual has a lot of useful information to include local trails, resource guides, restaurants, WiFi info, etc. it is located inside the home and we ask that you review it, as it helps answer some of the most commonly asked questions about our home and area. We allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs. Please add your dog(s) to the reservation. Additional dogs may be considered for an extra fee. Please inquire prior to booking. You must agree to use the pooper scooper provided to pick up after your pet(s). You must also agree to use the provided dog blankets on the furniture if your pets are accustomed to getting on the furniture. We have designated dog towels for their use if needed. Please note that since we do allow dogs at this house, our cleaners do their best to thoroughly clean after each guest however there may be places that dog hair hides so if you would prefer, we have other places that we don't allow dogs. We host traveling professionals for 30+ day stays. Please inquire for pricing or lease options for extended stays. We do not allow late check-outs, so please don’t ask. We don’t mean to be rude however, we want to be respectful of our cleaners time and schedules. There are a variety of Colorado wildlife (rabbits, deer, bear, etc) that may walk past or be around during your stay. Please be respectful as this is their home and do not chase them or let your children chase them. Please remember that you're staying in a house not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP :) Any items left behind and not claimed will be donated after 30 days. If you wish to have them mailed back to you, there will be a $30 fee for s/h required before sending, and we mail on Friday's. Please do not park or drive on the sidewalk leading up to the front door, or behind the gate across the back of the driveway.
