Whatever it is, it will feel like vacation! The space Hickory Grove was recently sold to new owners. The house was consistently rated 5 stars by our previous guests. The entire lower level has been completely renovated to add more comfortable spaces for large groups with children. Our goal was to furnish it with modern, comfortable furniture and all the amenities needed for a great guest experience. First Floor: Living room with gas fireplace, smart TV and board games; dining room with sliding doors to deck. Well equipped kitchen has all the tools you need to prepare delicious home cooked meals. Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Half bath and mudroom. Bedroom is equipped with a HEPA Air Purifier for your comfort. Second Floor: Second Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom; two additional bedrooms with shared bathroom. There is also a full-size collapsible baby crib, pack and play and safety gate available for guest use. Lower Level: Full renovation completed in October 2022. The lower level can accommodate an entire family if you wish to have separate living areas for larger groups. Alternatively, this would be a perfect space for children or teens to have their own space while parents enjoy adult time on the top two levels. Large living room opens to the back yard with sweeping views of the mountains. Direct hot tub access from this level. Very large and comfortable couch will accommodate the entire family. Gas fireplace and large screen television with surround sound. Games available - ping pong and foosball and lots of outdoor games (corn hole, bocce ball, other ball games). Behind the bookcase in the living room you will find a fun secret passageway that leads to the kid's bedroom. A full kitchenette is available with full size refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee maker. There is no range available downstairs. There are two separate seating areas to gather or share meals. There is a full bathroom with a shower and bathtub. There are two bedrooms in the lower level - a king size bedroom and a very large space for children with four single beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a HEPA Air Purifier for your comfort. Washer/dryer also available. Outdoor Spaces: 8-person hot tub, large lawn area for games, 10-foot fire pit - wood provided; patio with picnic table and other outdoor furniture. Guest access The large driveway and car port provide ample onsite parking. We strongly suggest 4-wheel drive in winter. Other things to note There will be an off-premise property manager who can assist guests during guest stays.
