Perfect home for gathering friends and family to enjoy all the dunes have to offer. Easy access to dunes, hiking trails, and town amenities. SPACES: -Living Room: Welcoming gathering space with vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light. Kick back and relax with leather recliners and couch, smart TV, bluetooth speaker, board games, and karaoke machine -Kitchen: Fully equipped for memorable, shared meals with full size electric range and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Thoughtfully stocked with all of the essentials for cooking and serving. -Bedrooms: 2 main floor queen bedrooms with dressers and ample closet space. 1 large second-floor bedroom with a queen bed and 2 single beds in cozy nooks- perfect for kids! All bedrooms have fans and individual heating units. -Loft: One of the favorite spaces in the house with stunning views of the dunes and ocean from large picture windows. A desk and rolling office chair for work time; a queen sofa bed and basket chair for relax time. -Bathrooms: 2 full baths, one on each floor, with fluffy towels and complementary shower products. Washer and drier available. -Deck: Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or sunset drink from the west-facing wrap around deck. Sliding doors from the living and dining area extend the living space onto the deck. A 6-chair patio dining table set make it a perfect place for shared meals or afternoon card games. Fire up the electric BBQ and grill some Coos Bay salmon. A portion of the deck is covered, which creates a cozy covered space during the coastal rains. -Access: Property has a paved, sloped 10" wide driveway. Six trucks/cars may park at the house at top of the driveway. The trailer turn around space is available but cannot accommodate trailers over 25'. We recommend walking the driveway before pulling a trailer up it. There are 3 porch steps to access home. Smart lock with keypad entry into front door on covered porch. -Kids: The house has been thoughtfully prepared for little ones with Pac 'n Play crib with linens, high chair, baby gates for stairs, and a few books and stuffies. Older kids will enjoy board games and the front lawn and back forest areas. -Pets: This is a pet-free home since many of our guests and family members have allergies. If pets are seen on the front porch security cameras, you will be charged a extra cleaning charge for carpet cleaning and fur/flea/dander/smells/pee stains/odor removal. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the full 1600 sqft house including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, washer/dryer, wrap around deck, yard, and private driveway and parking. You will be emailed a welcome letter and your entry instructions (24 hrs prior to your arrival time), into the home after booking is completed. There is a welcome binder in the living room explaining house amenities and places to explore in the area. Other things to note The home is decorated with a western woodsy and ocean theme. This is a no pet/non-smoking any substance home. This also helps guests with any allergies feel comfortable in our home. There is glass bottles and pop cans recycling at mcKays grocery in town, if purchased in Oregon you’ll get money back! To accommodate small children or babies, we provide a pack n play, 2 stair gates and high chair and outlet covers. These are stored upstairs bedroom. We have priced our cleaning fee at $125 for 6 guests. If you have more people (up to 9) we ask for an additional $15/guest/night to help cover extra utilities and cleaning. Enjoy long walks on the beach, make a fort in the driftwood, pick blackberries, scan the sky for eagles. There is limited access for dune buggies and rigs to the dunes from our home for legally licensed and insured drivers. More information can be shared in messaging.
