This home is ideal for families and business travelers alike. There are three bedrooms, two with king beds, and one with a double bed. For the tiniest visitors, a portable crib is available. No Garage access. We always alert you if we are going to be in the area and would never access the house unless we have already discussed it together with you. All areas of the property are available to you except the garage (which the homeowners use), but there is parking for two cars in the carport and plenty of room on the street. Important note: There are three security cameras on the exterior of the property. One is located at the front door, a second is above the garage, and a third is on the backyard patio. They are motion sensor cameras that capture video when motion is detected. There are no cameras inside the house. We are just a phone call away. We are walking distance to shopping, dining, parks and playgrounds. Hiking, beaches, and the City of Angels are a close drive. We'll fill you in on all the details in the onsite Welcome Book. Ventura Boulevard's shopping and dining center is less than half a mile away. Freeway access is easy and depending upon time of day and traffic conditions, you will get to... Uber and Lyft are always readily available. Linens for every bed and towels for up to 6 guests are provided. There is a full-sized washer, dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator, as well as a microwave, pantry, toaster, coffeemaker, iron and ironing board, and outdoor gas grill. The house is professionally deep-cleaned between guests. *Pets are welcome with an additional fee of $200 to cover the cost of additional cleaning.
