Country Home Pool & HotTub No Cleaning Fee

Our beautiful home sits on 5 acres of open country! This bright and spacious home boasts two Living Rooms, a pool, and a hot tub! You'll be completely at peace out here under the stars, surrounded by farmland. It's a wonderful place to get-away and relax and also perfect for your family holiday! Just a short drive to grocery stores in town and not far from Redding, Lassen, and the lakes! We are excited to host you here at The Country Retreat! The space The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms. Guests have access to the whole house and fenced yard area. The house inside is completely remodeled and has a brand new house feel. Two bedrooms in the house have a hardwood floor, the rest of the floor is tile. We use only natural cleaning supplies. You will have a variety of organic teas and coffee to enjoy. Due to COVID-19 we are not allowed to use natural cleaning products, we clean thoroughly following Airbnb cleaning protocol, thank you for understanding Other things to note Children under 18 should be supervised at the pool area. The garage is available only in the laundry area, the rest of the space is storage for owners POOL SAFETY: The property contains 5.5-foot deep pool that does not have a separate child-proof fence surrounding it. Guests shall supervise any and all children on the property to ensure their safety around the pool and shall keep all doors leading to the pool area locked. Use of the pool area is entirely and expressly at the Guest’s own risk. No lifeguard is provided. WE CAN NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES ALL PERSONS USING THE POOL DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK, OWNERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES Please review more pool rules in the house manual. Every guest will need to sign pool waiver form upon the arrival. Quiet time is 9pm-7am. Please be mindful of quiet hours so that we don’t get complaints from our neighbors.
