The Captain's Quarters by the Kennebec River

Welcome to the Captain's Quarters in Richmond, Maine just a few minutes from the shores of the mighty, Kennebec River. This is a cozy, 1 bedroom apartment with a private entrance, in a duplex home. The Captain's Quarters is the ideal location to explore the Mid-Coast of Maine. The town of Richmond has a nice selection of all the essentials including a pub featuring craft beers, several restaurants, ice cream shop and other essentials. The space The space is an attached unit to a larger, single-family home. The Captain's Quarters has it's own private entrance and is nicely decorated and appointed with a whimsical, nautical theme. Upstairs is the private bedroom with queen sized bed and full bath with a walk-in shower. On the first floor, additional sleeping is available via a pullout, queen-sized sofa (additional charges apply). The kitchen is small yet functional, with all the essentials. Home has WiFi and includes a 43” Smart Roku TV for logging into your favorite streaming services as well as dozens of free Roku channels. An electric fireplace provides mood as well as an additional cozy heat source. The Captain's Quarters is pet friendly with a small pet fee. Be sure to include your pet or pets when submitting your reservation. Guest access Parking for 2 cars is available directly in front of the entrance to the house. Downtown Richmond is just a short walk or 2-minute drive. Other things to note Richmond is home to Peacock Beach on Pleasant Pond. Town charges small fee at the gate (cash only). You will find a small gravel pond beach with pretty views, picnic tables, grills and toilets. Great for a family picnic or BBQ and a dip in the pond.
