Our newly modern bohemian cottage (aka Green House!) is perfect for your next weekend getaway or a new WFH locale. Decompress from city stress in this calm, serenely appointed private home. Close to attractions but far enough away to escape, you'll never want to leave. NYC: 79 mi. Hunter Mountain Ski Resort: 60 mi. Pine Bush - groceries/supplies: 7 mi. Middletown - shopping (Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Home Depot): 16 mi. Hiking trails: 7 mi. Horseback riding: 7 mi. Sky diving: 15 mi. The space Experience clean uncluttered living with the open floor plan. Enter the Green House through the comfortable living area that's connected to the modern kitchen and dining area. Open the slider door to access our outdoor patio and large backyard with a fire pit (we provide the wood!). There are 2 stylish queen bedrooms on the main floor as well as the brand new bathroom with full tub and shower. On the second floor there is a third spacious and private queen bedroom. We also offer deals on long term rentals for WFA (work from anywhere)! **OUR COVID COMMITMENT TO YOU** The safety and wellness of our guests is our highest priority. Our cottage is thoroughly cleaned and all surfaces are disinfected after each guest to ensure your safety and wellbeing. Guest access You have the entire Green House cottage and property. You will need a car to get around. Parking is on our private driveway on the side of the cottage. Other things to note At Green House, we provide what you need! Kitchen: coffee maker, pot/pans, utensils, dishes and glassware.
