Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. It’s the right price for a comfortable stay 15 min from downtown and the airport. In a nice quiet community with beautiful chapel bells that ring across the street at the top of the hour. Treehouse, swing set, fire pit, tire swing, parks all over, nice hiking trails, and trampoline make this spot a great place to stay for a fun restful space for you and your family as you explore Salt Lake City. The space Nice family home, very kid friendly, and a safe neighborhood. It’s not immaculate, you will see some stains, crayon marks, and other evidences of the growth of children but if your ok with a lived in low cost adventure in Utah this is the place for you :) Guest access We have a driveway that will allow 2-4 cars but street parking for more is fine durning spring, summer, and fall. Other things to note Rules of the house You are responsible for your kid’s safety at our home. We have a treehouse, rope swing, tire swing, trampoline, fire pit, and swings. These are available for you to use but must be supervised by an adult and by adults’ approval. Please keep noise outside down after 9-10 PM since this is a quiet neighborhood and our friends around us have children as well. Our downstairs and garage are off limits as and will be locked with surveillance systems in them, we have personal items that are stored there. Help yourself to our condiments in the fridge and cupboards so you don’t have to buy your own.
