The Rum Cottage, Tivoli (Cosy - Free Parking!)

This delightful two bedroom cottage in the heart of Tivoli is just 5 minutes walk from Montpellier and The Suffolks - home to the enviable collection of restaurants and bars that Cheltenham has to offer and that of Montpellier Gardens where the various festivals are located throughout the year. The space This stylish and comfortable retreat boasts an open plan kitchen living space, equipped with all the facilities and amenities you would expect from a holiday cottage; Smart TV, WiFi, tea and coffee making facilities, microwave, oven, cooking utensils, crockery etc. The kitchen opens out onto a quaint courtyard deck with BBQ and outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine before and evening exploring the culinary delights of Cheltenham. Upstairs are two bedrooms; one master king sized bedroom and one double bedroom. Every bed has 300+ thread count white cotton bedding with towels and extra linen provided for long stays. The bathroom is located at the bottom of the stairs with both a shower & a bath to boot. Please bear bathroom location in mind if you’re one who is up frequently during the night. Guest access Free on street parking is available outside the property on Andover Street. Spaces are, however, limited. Should this be the case, you can use the surrounding roads, some of which do have parking restrictions so please check to avoid any potential charges. Most places of interest are walkable from the cottage given its proximity to the centre of town. Tivoli, The Suffolks, Montpellier, Landsdown and Bath Road and Leckhampton are all within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Cheltenham Spa Rail Station is a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute taxi ride away, as is the Royal Well Bus Station where National Express routes drop off and pick up from. Other things to note High chair and travel cot available upon request at no extra charge (unless baby is a 5th guest, in which case a £15 per night fee will be applied). I will provide a base sheet to the cot but guests must bring duvet/sleep suit, pillow etc. BBQ available during the spring and summer months only (April through to September) Early check in or late check out may be available and is subject to a £10 per hour charge. Standard check in is 3pm but if, for example, 12pm is needed, a £30 supplement would apply.
