For water and electric we charge an additional 50thb/day. 7-11 right inside the condo area The space Cozy quiet chilled community, doesn’t feel like Bangkok once you enter the garden/pool. The room is equipped with basic cooking appliances, a 40 inch smart tv (you can log into Netflix ect.) and fast wifi (not shared, own router) Laundry Machines available in the lobby of the building. Guest access Motorbike taxis to get to the trainstations are available directly in front of the condo (10baht). 2-5 minutes from the closest highway access for rides across the city. Other things to note Washing machines are located on the ground floor 1min away from the unit in the same building, it’s 40 baht. Hangers and a hanging device is on the balcony for the purpose of drying. It’s a non smoking room, if you need to smoke on a regular basis this place won’t be suitable for you 🙏
