Guest access Once booked, we will send you all the information you need to access the property. You can enter the property on your arrival date any time after 4pm – early check in and late check out can be purchased. Our guests can access the entire property. Our property has everything that makes your stay most comfortable. Other things to note ➞ Please note we require a refundable damage deposit of £299- this will automatically be released back after your stay! House Rules: Please, please, please obey the house rules, particularly: 🚫 No Parties Allowed or additional guests other than those listed in the original booking. 🔇 No loud noise after 9pm 🚭 No Smoking inside the property 🚫 We have a zero tolerance policy so please do not force us to call our security if any of the above is breached.
