Cozy Redwood Cottage (Hotub & Firepit)

Private, cozy guest suite right across the street from the Russian River. An open-floor space. Walking distance to local brewery, cafe/deli, and convenience store. 2-minute drive to the downtown area with local restaurants and bars. 15-minute drive to beaches and coastal hikes. Located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by scenic redwood trees, some road noise. Fully equipped with a kitchenette, outdoor lounge area, hot tub/spa, and fire pit. Great location for stargazing on clear nights. The space Private guest suite with kitchenette and refrigerator. Located across the way from the main house. The backyard will be fully private during your stay. The kitchenette includes pots, pans, dishware, and basic kitchen needs. More available if requested! We are located right off River Rd, so there will be some road noise, as with any house on the river. Queen-sized bed and pullout sofa bed. The deck includes an outdoor dining table, hot tub, fire pit with lounge chairs, and hammock. WIFI available but can be spotty, you are on river time - sit back and relax! Power outages can happen in the area every now and then. Usually power is restored quickly, but if you notice the power is out please let us know as we have a backup generator for you to use if needed. Quiet hours: 10pm-8am No loud noises/music at any time. Save Water Any Which Way You Can: Drought conditions will continue for the foreseeable future. -Please conserve water in daily use: Take shorter showers, turn off the tap when not in use, etc. ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS IN OR NEAR THE HOT TUB. If the fire pit runs out of propane, we keep a spare tank in the brown storage bin right next to it. If you need assistance, reach out and we will replace it as soon as we can. We will message you within a few days before your arrival with code to enter, special directions, and instructions for getting into the house. Save directions to your phone, as cell network connections can be spotty in this area. Please try to arrive to our rural area in daylight. Guest access Parking is available on-premises.
