As you enter the home's common area and make your way down to the lower level, you'll find a welcoming retreat featuring two cozy queen-size beds alongside a ping-pong table-perfect for unwinding or enjoying a little friendly competition. Just off this space is an additional room with another queen bed and a comfortable sitting area, creating the ideal nook for quiet moments or late-night chats. From there, flow into the main living room where you'll be greeted by stylish decor, warm lighting, and plenty of seating for everyone to gather and relax. Connected to the living room is yet another sleeping area with two twin beds, offering both comfort and flexibility for your group. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook, snack, or simply hang out, complete with TV and ample space to spread out and enjoy. Whether you're here to relax, connect, or have a little fun, this home offers a stylish and comfortable setting for your stay. Guest access At check-in, you'll receive a personal 4-digit door code, making it easy for you to come and go whenever you'd like-no keys needed, just simple and secure access throughout your stay. You'll have full access to the entire lower level, which is fully equipped with everything you need to relax, unwind, and feel right at home. Other things to note One of the sweetest parts of this home is that it's shared with wo very friendly pups-Max and Mocha. Max is a lovable Labradoodle (5-yrs old) with a gentle heart. He loves people but can be a little shy when meeting someone new. Don't be surprised if he takes a moment to warm up-he'll likely greet you first and then come back around when he's ready for pets (which he absolutely enjoys once he feels comfortable). Mocha, our Shih Tzu mix (200 yrs old...LOL) brings her own charm and personality to the mix and helps make the home feel extra cozy and lived in. Both dogs are friendly, well-loved, and part of what makes this space feel so warm and welcoming. If you're a dog lover, you'll feel right at home! If not perhaps when can chat about me putting the dogs away doing your coming and going. We do not allow the dogs in your area (the lower level).
