The cottage is located in a backyard, in a quiet residential neighborhood, less than a mile away from the charming and lively downtown San Rafael. Relax in the beautiful garden/patio with comfy and cozy seating, nestled under a huge redwood tree. Minimum 31 days stay. The space Bed is a full/double size with comfortable mattress, high quality linens and cozy down comforter. As seen in photos, the cottage is compact, so it is ideal for one person, but can fit two. ~165 sq ft. Bed is comfortable and luxurious with a 14 inch gel-top, memory foam mattress. Although there is no full kitchen, there are amenities to meet most needs. (Small refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle). Guest access There is a private, gated entrance that leads you to the patio and cottage. Street parking is free and very easy to access. There is almost always a spot outside the front of the house.
