We encourage you to explore our variety of activities: horse back riding, hunting, fishing, UTV rentals & more! Tres Molinos has free-roaming wildlife, goats, chickens, cows & exotics. You’re welcome to grab farm fresh eggs from the chicken coop for breakfast! Our animals are free roaming, as well as working dogs that watch over the ranch, so we require that your furry family member/s be leashed at all times when outdoors. TM is horse friendly w/stalls & arena, contact us for more information. The space Named for the three windmills located on the property, Tres Molinos Ranch & Resort is the perfect getaway for families, friends, couples, and businesses wishing to absorb all that nature has to offer in the hill country! While located on a private owned family ranch just a 24 minutes drive from historic Fredericksburg & Kerrville, it's a world away from the city life, making it the perfect getaway! Each suite sleeps 4 (1 king bed, 1 queen sleeper sofa). Every room is very private with each one offering gorgeous scenic views of the Texas Hill Country, and a fire pit & BBQ pit located within just a short walk off of the private back patio. With a variety of on-site activities available, this family-owned and operated ranch strives to help all of our guests have an unforgettable getaway! If there is anything we can do to help make your stay extra special, such as help with events, weddings, anniversary's, birthdays, proposal please don't hesitate to ask. Other things to note A liability waiver allows our guests access to explore the ranch at your leisure. A link will be sent to your once your reservation is confirmed. (1 waiver per guest) We ask that all gates be immediately returned to their original position immediately upon entry/exit. This helps to ensure the safety of our animals.
