We are just a 5 minute drive from the University of Tennessee and 8 minutes from the heart of downtown Knoxville. Very spacious master bedroom bathrooms (1.5) Extra queen size bed Air mattress (if needed) Comfortable common area Workout equipment Laundry room Kitchenette (microwave,Keurig and mini fridge) Plates, bowls and utensils upon request. We also offer to pick up a few things that you may request in advance (minimum 48hrs notice before arriving) Snacks Beverages Random things you may have forgot to pack Etc. All requests within reason of course. This is a request and does require reimbursement plus a fee that is due before checkout. We know traveling can be hectic so we don’t mind to make things easier so you can relax and enjoy your stay! Guest access Keyless entry and private entrance. Carport behind home for guest use conveniently right outside private apartment entrance. Driveway and street parking will be available for additional vehicles. Other things to note No parties!
