Renovated Japanese traditional house which was built in 1954 in the suburb of Nagoya area. Rooms are 28㎡ traditional tatami rooms with straw scent. Japanese paper furnitures and wooden carved decorations are preserved. You can touch some items such as Japanese umbrellas, folding fans, plastic Japanese swords to take pictures. Even if you bring back the towels home or next destination and didn't reach back in a day, we also tell the number of loss by text or phone call, we recognize that you steal the towel. -If you don't pay the service fee in advance, especially guide fee, we have right to reject your service. Before you could pay later but we experienced the guests didn't pay the fee and escaped from the Airbnb. Once you out with all your belongings with you, and never back. We report the incident to police. -If you bring the guests more than you declared. We have right to reject and out from the Airbnb. We cannot allow sudden additional guests. The rooms have the limit of the guest number by law. And if you pay additional fee suddenly, we cannot prepare for the extra futon bed. Please inform us in advance if you add the guest number. -Do not enter the backyard, and other owner’s properties and lots. If you take photos without permission on the private area like storage, backyard. We had experience with the guests who complained the area which they had no right and permission to enter and took photos and updated on public. If the guests don’t respect the rules, and never ask and judge everything, we will take appropriate law steps. -The guide and tour fee are paid by guests in advance. We cannot organize any service for hire before you pay. We had really unfortunate experience with guests who escaped before they paid the service fee and we report the incident to Police. And then they wrote down the bad reviews later. We don’t want to avoid this sort of trouble and argument anymore. Please understand our policy. -We moved the house rule signs in the rooms. When the guests damaged the rooms, they complained there are no signs in the rooms to alert. Though they could not know the house rules. They requested to put all signs around the rooms. And then we received some bad reviews about the signs are stressful to stay in the rooms and doesn’t trust the guest’s manners. Though there is no answer about this issues. We erased the signs from the rooms. However the house rules are written on here instead. If the guests don’t read the conditions and terms, we have right to require the costs of damages which they made and report the incident to police if it’s necessary. Basically this area is calm and peaceful. You can find the nursery school on the hill along the path next to Airbnb and crop fields just behind the accommodation.
