Guest access Guests staying at Finisterra Condominiums unit 6B have access to the entire condo during their stay. The condo is located in a private gated community, which features a community pool available for guests to use. There are also coin-operated washer/dryers available on-site for guests' convenience. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the bay from the community and take a short 15-minute drive to the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Other things to note The assigned parking space is labeled with unit 6B. Please do not park in spaces designated for other units, as they are subject to towing. Smoking is not permitted in the unit or on the property, including the balcony. Pets are NOT allowed in the unit per HOA rules & bylaws. Please be respectful of quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. The pool hours are from 9 AM to 10 PM, and pool rules are posted at the pool. The coin-operated washer and dryer are located in the building next to the pool. Please report any damages or issues to the host as soon as possible. The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Please note that we do not provide additional cleaning or housekeeping services during your stay.
