The space About the Homestay: LIVING ROOM WITH EN-SUITE BATHROOM + BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE BATHROOM Located in a village, this homestay offers a beautiful suite bedroom, having mud walls and well-furnished interiors... a king size bed, a wooden cupboard, and an en-suite bathroom with all necessary amenities. The room has a private entrance through a spacious living room ,having a fireplace , three seater recliner sofa, 40” tv and an en-suite bathroom. Two floor mattresses will be placed in the living room when you book for more than 2 people. The shared spaces are garden, dining area, and patio. WE CAN ACCOMMODATE MAXIMUM 4 PEOPLE INCLUDING KIDS in this space. ABOUT ITS LOCATION AND ACCESSIBILITY : Kud is well-connected with roads and highways. The nearest airport is Jammu Airport , located 105 kms from our place. The nearest railway station is Udhampur railway station located 36 kms from our place. Our property can be easily reached by public as well as private transport . When you depart from Jammu, take national highway 44, and before chenani -nashri tunnel , at the roundabout, take the second exit ,which goes to Kud/Patnitop. After 12 kms, you will reach Kaffberry restaurant. You can park the car on the street side and you have to walk 150m downhill to reach the cottage. you can also type "nikku's villa kud " on maps and drive to our location.The homestay is located at a distance of 1 km short of Kud market. Guest access Enjoy taking a walk in the nearby areas where the pure breeze passes by your soul. A few Shops are just 200 m away and main Kud market is just 1 km away. During your stay Our friendly local staff will be available throughout your stay to assist with anything you need. The team is warm, attentive, and always ready to make your stay comfortable. As you cross the tunnel, 11 kms ahead is Peerah, famous for Rajmah chaawal that come doused in pure desi ghee along with tangy anaar daana chutney. SUDH MAHADEV: This highly revered Shiva temple is located 34kms away. A trishul of Lord Shiva is preserved over here.The Shivling here is believed to be 3000 years old.
