Hello and welcome! We would love to host you in our charming, century-old townhouse. Ideally located in Décines, close to Groupama Stadium, Eurexpo, and Lyon (35 minutes). For nature lovers, Lake Miribel and a nice walk along the canal are nearby. Big comfy beds and a fully equipped kitchen (with good coffee! ☕️), plus a garden for guests only. Private area on the property, with separate entrance. The space Welcome to this lovely century-old townhouse, full of charm and character 😊 Conveniently located in Décines, close to the Groupama Stadium, Eurexpo, and the center of Lyon, which is 35 minutes away by tram and metro. There are also local shops. You will enjoy a comfortable and pleasant space to live in, as well as a private garden for sunny days 🌿 There is a self-contained space on the property (which I occupy with my dog), with a garden and a separate entrance. For nature lovers, Lake Miribel and lovely walks along the canal are nearby. ⸻ 🛏️ Comfort & sleeping arrangements The attic bedroom is cozy and equipped with a large double bed (180 x 200 cm / king size), which is very comfortable. The second bedroom has a 160-cm (queen-size) double bed. The living room sofa, which is not convertible but comfortable, can be used as an extra bed (90 x 200 cm) for one additional person.
