This is a Hollywood Lakes neighbourhood and we are two streets to the South lake. This is a private residence with a large beautiful territory with the main house on the front and a carriage guest house on the back, behind the main house. The guests’ 1 bedroom apartment is situated in a carriage guest house, on the second floor above the garages. You will have the apartment all to yourself with your own private entrance up the stairs. Garages are not included in rent. You can park on the property right by the guest carriage house or on the street in front of the main house. All parking is free! If parked by the guest house you will share the driveway and parking with the hosts. The whole property is fenced in and driving gate is on a lock combination for your convenience. Guest access You will have a private entrance to the apartment with a key code door access for your convenience. Enjoy a lush tropical garden enjoying the birds singing in a giant tree-our garden signature, reading or dozing in a hammock or enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the outdoor area dedicated to you only. The whole property is fenced in. The main driving gate is on a code lock. Other things to note We have a medium size friendly dog on the property who is always supervised and behind the fence in the hosts’ part of the garden . Please, keep all the gates closed. Please, do not give any treats or food to the dog! He is on a special diet.
